Credit Cards - CoolieCupsPlus.com & Screenprint Plus, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Internet orders require payment with a credit card to secure the funds for the order.

Personal or Company Checks - CoolieCupsPlus.com & Screenprint Plus, Inc. accepts both company and personal checks. A return Check fee of $30.00 will be applied to the customers account for all returned or NSF checks without exception. Allow up to 10 days or more once the check is received for it to clear our bank. Once cleared your merchandise will be shipped. Personal and company checks must be made payable to "Screenprint Plus, Inc." - our apparel and merchandise supplier.

Money Order or Cashiers Check - CoolieCupsPlus.com & Screenprint Plus, Inc. accepts all valid money orders and cashiers checks. Allow up to 5 days or more once the money order or check is received for it to clear our bank. Once cleared your merchandise will be shipped. Money order or cashiers check must be made payable to "Screenprint Plus, Inc." - our apparel and merchandise supplier.

SHIPPING

Methods of Shipping - Our preferred method of shipment is DHL. CoolieCupsPlus.com & Screenprint Plus, Inc. can and will use other carriers at our discretion. The delivery schedule for goods to be received from shipment date is based on the shipment schedule established by the carrier.

Shipping Charges – Charges for shipping will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. The customer will be informed of the shipping and handling charge before completing the order.

Online customers must pay for shipping in advance to the goods having been sent.

REFUND POLICY & RESTOCKING FEES

CoolieCupsPlus.com & Screenprint Plus, Inc. stands behind the quality of all of our products. Unfortunately, irregularities may occur during the manufacturing process. When this happens, the customer may be refunded for the goods if CoolieCupsPlus.com & Screenprint Plus, Inc. is notified within 60 days. Our management reserves the right to approve or disapprove all refund requests. A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed to all cancelled orders without exception.
